We are an intimate 12-room hotel and staff members will be selected with the understanding that in addition to their primary job description, they may be asked to fulfill a number of roles under the leadership of the management team. Hourly/Non-Exempt Positions:
Front Desk Associate. Responsible for greeting and registering all guests and providing door & bell service when needed. Establishing guest accounts for the duration of their stay in a pleasant and courteous manner. Performing all concierge duties to meet every guests’ needs & requests. Serving meals and drinks where needed. Qualifications should include experience in a luxury hotel with emphasis on polite, courteous, outgoing individuals with excellent communication & organizational skills. Experience operating multi-line phones, taking guest reservations, providing guests with room rates, room availability and information on local attractions is advantageous. Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends and holidays.)
Night Audit. Responsible for hotel operations during the night and auditing all the daily activities of the hotel. Performing concierge duties, greeting and registering late/early arriving guests and providing door & bell service when needed. Qualifications should include experience in a luxury hotel with emphasis on polite, courteous individuals with excellent communication & organizational skills. Experience operating phones and taking guest reservations is advantageous. Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision overnight.

Cook. Responsible for food preparation and inspection, the qualified candidate will organize and maintain all areas of proper food storage, equipment and utensil sanitization, and recipe ingredient oversight. Qualifications include 2-3 years' experience in working in all areas of kitchen cleanliness, refrigeration, food inspection and recipe preparation include special dietary meals as requested. Must possess the ability to multi-task, organize food deliveries in an accurate and timely fashion and take directions from multiple sources.
Housekeeper. Responsible for performing all hotel cleaning duties to include making up and dusting, polishing, sweeping and mopping guest rooms daily, replenishing linens and hotel provided amenities, delivering guest-requested items to rooms, and ensuring that stock carts are maintained and replenished at all times. Experience working in a luxury hotel facility with working knowledge of cleaning and floor care machinery and cleaning solutions is prefered. Ability to finish all tasks in a timely manner, provide exceptional guest service and multi-task required.
